Due to popular demand, Daniel (owner and sommelier) is now available for Front of House, restaurant, and hotel training, as well as expert wine service and tutoring.

His sessions cover wine tasting, sales techniques, and curating bespoke wine lists—or can be tailored to your specific needs.

With 30 years of experience in high-end hospitality, Daniel brings a unique insight into training and mentoring Front of House teams—along with his exceptional wine expertise.

The sessions can be hosted at Crush or your own venue. 

  • Crush hire starts at £200 (not including wines or other items)
  • Other venues start at £350 for a full day (not including wines or other items)
  • Minimum 10 people, maximum 25
