Sparkling Wine Tasting Box

Daniel only has a few of each left, so we're offering them as the full box of five to begin with, allowing you to get the full tasting experience as it played out on the night.

1. Saltare, by Carla Paul, Stellenbosch, South Africa - 55% Pinot Noir, 45% Chardonnay. A Cap Classic made wine. Dry with an undertone of green apples and a great soft foam.

   2. Strada Brut, Switzerland - 100% Pinot Noir. A lush Stone fruit nose. A mix of Green and Red Apples. Very rounded and soft at the end.

   3. Cave Amadeu Rose, Brazil - 100% Pinot Noir. A pure Champagne méthode wine. Hint of Raspberry and a dose of spice in the background

   4. Chateau Sungod, Great Wall, China - 100% Chardonnay. Toast, Brioche and Hazelnut on the palate with a long aftertaste. A quite unique wine.

   5. Kapstein, Clare Valley, Australia - 100% Shiraz. A slightly bonkers red sparkling. Deep, warming spice and lots of dark, sweet fruit. Long aftertaste.
